Exactly how recurring billing works: disclosure before you pay, one-step cancellation, and clear refund rules.
Effective July 28, 2026
This Subscription Policy applies to all recurring purchases made through OnPoint BioHealth, including membership programs and subscribe-and-save products (each, a "Subscription"). It supplements our Terms & Conditions. By starting a Subscription, you authorize the recurring charges described below.
Before you confirm any Subscription, we display: the price you will be charged, the billing frequency, the date or interval of renewal, any promotional or introductory pricing and the price after the promotion ends, and how to cancel. You will not be enrolled in any Subscription without taking an affirmative action to accept these terms at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed interval until you cancel. Your payment method on file will be charged at each renewal at the then-current price. If a charge fails, we may retry it and will notify you; continued failure may result in pause or cancellation of the Subscription.
You may cancel any Subscription at any time, using a method at least as easy as the one you used to sign up:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access or receive any already-paid shipment for that period, and you will not be charged again.
If a Subscription begins with a free trial or promotional price, we will disclose the length of the trial or promotion and the price that applies afterward before you enroll. Unless you cancel before the trial or promotional period ends, billing at the disclosed standard price begins automatically. Where required by law, we will send you a reminder before a trial converts to a paid Subscription.
If we change the price of your Subscription, we will notify you at least 30 days before the new price takes effect, and the new price will apply only to subsequent billing periods, giving you the opportunity to cancel first. Continued renewal after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Clinical membership programs available through our platform may be billed by the clinical program's own billing system rather than by OnPoint BioHealth. In that case, the program's cancellation and refund terms are presented to you at enrollment and govern those charges. Their general approach mirrors this policy: cancel any time, with charges for periods in which medication has already been prepared or shipped for you being non-refundable. We will always help you reach the correct party for any billing question.
Residents of certain states, including California, have specific statutory rights regarding automatic renewals, including the right to clear pre-purchase disclosure, affirmative consent, an acknowledgment containing the cancellation policy, and an online cancellation method. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
