Clinical services available through our platform, including any prescription therapies, are provided by independent, licensed healthcare providers and dispensed by licensed pharmacies operating under applicable federal and state law. All prescribing decisions are made solely by the treating clinician based on individual medical evaluation. OnPoint BioHealth is not a healthcare provider, does not practice medicine or pharmacy, and does not influence clinical judgment. Program availability varies by state, and not all members will qualify for all programs. The clinical program's own consents, notices, and policies govern your care and are presented to you at enrollment.
