The fastest way to delete your account is in the app: open Me, then Privacy and data, then Delete my account. If you no longer have the app installed, or cannot sign in, use the form on this page instead.
Order and payment records are retained for the period required by tax and accounting law, in a form separated from your health data. Aggregate statistics that cannot identify you may be retained. Anything else we are legally required to keep is retained only for as long as the law requires.
Requests are processed within 30 days. During that window your account remains recoverable, so a request submitted by mistake can be undone by emailing us. After the deletion completes it cannot be reversed, and any unredeemed rewards or store credit will be forfeited.

Send it from the email address on your account, and include the mobile number you signed up with. That is how we confirm the request is really yours; we will not delete an account on the word of an address we cannot tie to it.
