Our WCAG 2.1 AA commitment, the measures behind it, and how to reach us when we fall short.
Effective July 28, 2026
OnPoint BioHealth is committed to ensuring that our website, mobile application, and services are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is part of how we build, not an afterthought.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. These guidelines cover a wide range of recommendations for making web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.
Accessibility is continuous work, and despite our efforts some content may not yet fully conform, particularly content supplied by third parties, such as brand partner product imagery. We review and remediate issues as we identify them, and we prioritize fixes that block core tasks such as viewing results, joining programs, and completing purchases.
The InBody scanning experience at your workplace can be completed with assistance. Our onboarding materials include guidance for program administrators on supporting members who need accommodations, and our team is available to help arrange them. Contact us and we will work with your program administrator.
Some content and services linked from our platform are operated by third parties, including telehealth programs and brand partners. We do not control the accessibility of third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their accessibility statements.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere in our website or app, we genuinely want to know. Email support@onpointbiohealth.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line, and include the page or screen where you had difficulty. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within two business days, provide the information or service you were seeking through an alternative method where possible, and fix the underlying issue.
